NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING COMPARED TO AN EQUAL NUMBER OF FREE ENTRIES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
Protection Design Concepts LLC, 29 Funkstown Road #265, Funkstown, MD 21734 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate families, and household members are not eligible. Winner must be legally permitted to own and possess all prize items in their state of residence.
3. Giveaway Period
Starts November 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends December 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Giveaway Period”).
4. How to Enter
Purchase entry: Earn 1 entry for every $1 spent on protectiondesignconcepts.com during the Giveaway Period. Entries are based on order subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, and gift card purchases, rounded down to the nearest whole dollar. Entries are added automatically to the email address on the order.
Free mail-in entry: Hand-write your full name, address, email, phone number, and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Protection Design Concepts LLC, Holiday Giveaway, 29 Funkstown Road #265, Funkstown, MD 21734. Each valid mail-in entry receives [100] entries. Limit one card per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 10, 2026 and received by December 15, 2026. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Entries from canceled, refunded, or returned orders are void. Partial refunds reduce entries accordingly.
6. Prize
One (1) winner receives a Fully Loaded Battle Belt System, including: Agilite K19 Plate Carrier 3.0 (no armor plates included), Kore Essentials Recon Ballistic Sunglasses, Kore Essentials B1 Laser Cut Battle Belt, Flatline Fiber Practical Individual Medical Pouch, Kore Essentials 1.5" X5 Buckle Gun Belt, Agilite Mag-Release Dump Pouch, Kore Essentials Locking System, Esstac Double 40° Angled Pistol KYWI Pouch, Agilite Pincer Single Mag Pouch, Kore Essentials Holster Mount Mid and Mini, Esstac Belt Magnet, Flatline Fiber Co. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,001. No cash substitution or transfer. Sponsor may substitute items of equal or greater value if any item becomes unavailable. Firearms, ammunition, and holsters are not included.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on December 16, 2026. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will notify the winner by email. The winner must respond within 7 days and may need to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If the winner doesn’t respond or is ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Taxes
The winner is responsible for all taxes. Prizes valued at $600 or more require a completed W-9, and Sponsor will issue a 1099-MISC.
9. Shipping
Prize ships free to a valid US address within approximately 4 weeks of winner verification.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor isn’t responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries, or for technical failures. Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity.
11. Release and Publicity
By entering, you release Sponsor from liability related to the giveaway or prize. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees Sponsor may use their name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. Privacy
Entry information is used per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at protectiondesignconcepts.com/policies/privacy-policy.
13. Platform Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform.
