The Maglula StripLULA is a magazine loader and unloader for Ruger Mini-14 10 round magazines.  This stripper clip loader is small and durable and will prolong the life of your magazines while eliminating the finger pain of loading rounds individually.  

Fits: 10 round original Ruger Mini-14 magazines in 5.56/.223 (may also load some aftermarket Mini-14 mags)
